1. You MUST pay $500 security deposit with a credit card only on the day of pickup. ONLY applies if you opt for pick up. Does not apply for delivery you do not need any form of Security deposit.

2. We will also need a copy of your drivers license for security purposes only.

Please note that we take our duration time very strictly. When you book a duration time, say you booked for 3 to 8 hours & you arrived at 10am to pick up, your duration begins at 10 am and would have to be returned 8 hours later the SAME DAY. You will be charged despite the reason you are late. We have a 0% tolerance for late returns

Security deposit is fully refundable if the castle is returned under the following conditions:

a) Return within the duration rented.

You will be charged $25 every 30 mins you are late . avoid overcharges we recommend you choose the appropriate duration for your convenience. We will not be lenient with late returns

b) Castle must be returned clean.

Scratch free, stain free, dirt free, waterfree, food free. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the castle is returned with any of these signs.

c) IF you're castle comes with balls ,All balls should be returned

if your castle comes with ocean balls ensure all ocean balls are returned. If the balls are not returned you will be charged a $150 replacement fee depending on the amount of balls not returned. Possibly could be charge more than $150.

Sanitation

Due to the recent outbreak of the virus, Jayde's Castle Rentals have taken the extra precautions to sanitize all castles and ball pit areas. We want your family to have fun in a clean and safe environment.

Delivery

Delivery is done locally, we deliver to any major or minor cities in Ontario. Email us to get delivery prices.

In order to pick up a bouncy castle:

d) If stolen or lost you will be charged the full local price to replace the castle you rented.This information will be available in the rental agreement

How to setup?

We will provide you with a step by step instructional video to properly setup and take down each castle.

How to return castle?

Castles are to be retuned to the address it was picked up. You can call or text to notify us of your arrival, or ring the bell at 13 Jameson crescent brampton. A team member will be available to receive the rental.

ALL rental items must be returned in the same condition that it was given.

Payment

Our team at Jayde's Castle Rentals has decided that it is now mandatory to pay 50% of the rental to hold your dates. There are no hidden prices.

Integrated Power Adapter
Your new LED neon lamp comes with a 4.9-foot clear cord that plugs into a certified adapter (if you need an adapter for another country, ask when checking out). The adapter has an additional 3-6 ft of cable that plugs into the socket.
