Sign Detail
Each corner of every sign has a hole already drilled into it for simple installation. Signs can easily hung using fish wire or a sturdy cable or placed on walls using fasteners. Please make sure the sign is attached or hung securely. AVOID USING ANY KIND OF TAPE TO MOUNT SIGNAGE

Is it equipped with chains or screws?
There are no hanging chains or screws included. For hanging, we recommend fish wire or zip ties.

Is the sign required to be plugged in?
Yes!
A power outlet is required for all signs.

Delivery
The delivery fee includes both drop off and pick up.
Please arrange for someone to meet the driver at their vehicle for both delivery and pickup. Drivers are not permitted to enter any residential or event space.

Sign will be delivered and picked up within the specified timeframe. * While we will make every attempt to stick to this timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may arise. 

The sign should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Any damage caused is assessed a fee.

Pickup
Pickup and drop-off are available at 13 Jameson Crescent, Brampton, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. At the time of pickup, a valid government issued photo ID and a rental agreement must be signed in person.

Dropoff
The rental item must be returned on or before 10 a.m. at the end of your rental period. A $30 late fee will be charged for late returns. Sign must be delivered back in the same state as when it was received. Any damage is subject to reimbursement. The rentor sets the price.
Refund & Cancellations: We require a minimum 5 days notice from the booking date to receive a full refund.

    All of our neon light signs are made specifically for you and may be customised in terms of size, colour, and other factors. Any neon sign you desire can be created by us in a variety of styles and shades.

  • Integrated Power Adapter

    Your new LED neon lamp comes with a 4.9-foot clear cord that plugs into a certified adapter (if you need an adapter for another country, ask when checking out). The adapter has an additional 3-6 ft of cable that plugs into the socket.
